Fixtures for Southend United's reserve side have now been confirmed by the Combination League.

Blues returned to the reserve set-up following Paul Sturrock's arrival at the start of July after former manager Steve Tilson opted not to join this season.

And Blues second string, under the guidance of player/coach Graham Coughlan, will face Oxford United next week in their opening match.
