Southend United have again been given a timely summer boost by their supporters. More than 4,000 fans have already purchased their season cards for the forthcoming League One campaign which kicks off in August. And that is significantly higher than this time last year. "It's great that the fans have again showed their loyalty towards us," said the Shrimpers assistant manager Paul Brush.
