Blues boss Paul Sturrock has no injury concerns ahead of Saturday's match against Port Vale.

Sturrock finally has duo Bilel Mohsni and Adam Bouzid at his disposal after the pair received international clearance earlier this week.

And the Southend manager has hinted that he may hand French Tunisian Mohsni his United debut.

Left-back Peter Gilbert came through 60 minutes of Wednesday's reserve team draw with Oxford United.

The former Northampton defender has been missing since pre-season with an ankle problem.

But despite coming through an hour unscathed, Gilbert lacks match fitness and won't be considered for Saturday's match.
