Southend United can confirm that it has cancelled the contract of midfielder Franck Moussa by mutual consent.

Franck has now agreed to join npower Championship side Leicester City.

Moussa told southendunited.co.uk that he wished to personally thank all Southend United fans for their tremendous support since he came through the youth system at Roots Hall.

The Club also wishes Franck all the best with Leicester City and thanks him for his effort and performances during that time.
