Southend United will face Wolverhampton Wanderers away in the second round of the Carling Cup following tonight's draw live on Sky Sports News.

Paul Sturrock's side will face the Premier League team after knocking out Bristol City on Tuesday night.

The match will see former United youngster Michael Kightly face Southend at Molineux with the product of Blues youth system now with the Midlands outfit.

Blues put Steve Coppell's side out of the competition following a 3-2 extra-time win at Roots Hall.
