Southend United will play Premier League side West Ham United this Tuesday at Roots Hall in a pre-season friendly.
The match, which kicks off at 7.45pm on 3rd August, will see new Hammers boss Avram Grant bring his side to Essex.
Blues boss Paul Sturrock agreed to the match with the West Ham coaching staff late on Thursday evening.
West Ham has confirmed that they will be bringing their full first team squad which includes the likes of Robert Green, Scott Parker and Matthew Upson.
Tickets for this match have been priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.
These are now on sale at the Blues Box Office (08444 77 00 77) only to supporters who are already on the Club's database. Those fans that are already registered to purchase tickets online will be able to do so for this match also - here.
West Ham United will be selling tickets for their supporters and fans of the Hammers should visit their website - www.whufc.com - for details on how they can obtain tickets.
Due to the short notice of this fixture fans will be required to collect any pre-purchased tickets on the night of the match.
The Club anticipates that queues will be lengthy and as such advises fans to have the ticket sent to their mobile phone as a Ticket-by-text to avoid any delays.
Tickets-by-text is available at no additional cost and works by sending a SMS bar-coded message to your mobile phone handset which can be read against the Roots Hall turnstiles to gain access.

All matchday staff are required to report for duty at Roots Hall as normal on the night of the game.
Meanwhile, following a strong first day of sales at Roots Hall it has been confirmed that the Box Office will stay open until 8pm on Monday evening to accomodate supporters who cannot get to Roots Hall on Saturday.
