Steve Tilson knows that his players will be doing everything they can to get the three points on Saturday at home to Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Blues have a serious fight on their hands to stay up in League One this season, but Tilson continues to retain belief, as he knows that if they didn't believe they could do it, there would be no point in turning up.
"It is another tough game on Saturday, because Brighton are a good side," Steve told Blues Player.
"I tipped them for the top eight this season and they have fell short, but they have got some good results of late.
"We know we need to win and the lads will be doing their best to get the three points.
"There are four games left and we have to look to win those all.
"We have got to believe we can do that, because otherwise there is no point in turning up.
"It is not a fantastic scenario we find ourselves in, but while it is still possible, we have to believe we can do it."
Tilson admitted that captain Adam Barrett is a doubt for the game, as well as revealing that various players have knocks, but have been battling on in the circumstances.
He said: "Adam's hamstring is still very sore and he is doubtful for Saturday.
"He is a leader on and off the field, but it was not worth taking the risk on Tuesday night against Brentford.
"Jean came in and did well and Pat took over as captain. He has played a lot of games and has experience, so he was the only choice to step in.
"A few players have knocks, but they have soldiered on and they all played on Tuesday.
"Two or three may not have played, but with the situation as it is, they have got to play."
