Southend United have made two changes to the line-up for today's League One encounter at Leeds United.

With Scott Spencer ruled out for the season with an ankle injury, Matt Paterson comes into the side up front to partner Scott Vernon.

Stuart O'Keefe will also come into the team in midfield to replace Francis Laurent down the left wing.
