Southend United skipper Adam Barrett believes this weekend will be a big one for the Blues.
Barrett will lead his side out against Yeovil Town and Gillingham over the Easter weekend.
And the Southend captain knows that another win would offer everybody a huge lift in their efforts to avoid relegation.
"Easter is always a big weekend for one reason or another at most clubs," said the 30-year-old.
"If you are going for promotion two wins can be enough to get you nearly over the line.
"And when you are at the other end of the table points at this stage in the season mean just as much."
United face Yeovil Town at Roots Hall on Saturday, before making the short trip to Kent to play Gillingham on Monday afternoon.
And Barrett is expecting two completely different matches.
"Our home form has been OK of late so hopefully we can get something against Yeovil," he said.
"They are safe and don't have a great deal to play for but Gillingham are right down there with us also at the moment.
"Both sides will be desperate to win. Gillingham are strong at home though so it won't be an easy task."
Blues are just two points from safety despite last weekends devastating 4-3 reverse at Bristol Rovers.
And Barrett believes United can still stay up despite that result.
"Of course I believe still," he said. "If I didn't I might as well pack up and go home now.
"It was a blow not to get anything from the Bristol Rovers match but there were so many positives to be taken from that match it gives you hope."
