Southend United have made two changes to the starting XI for tonight's League One match at home to Charlton Athletic.

Sanchez Watt has recovered from a head injury to replace Jean-Francois Christophe in midfield.

Up front, Matt Paterson comes into the side to partner Scott Vernon.
