Injured pair Jean-Yves M'Voto and Sanchez Watt were back in training today ahead of tomorrow nights clash with Charlton Athletic.

M'Voto was substituted during the first half of Tuesday's 2-1 defeat at Norwich City after taking an elbow in his eye.

Arsenal loanee Watt meanwhile missed the Canaries trip with mild concussion.

"Jean-Yves has trained today after taking a knock in his eye and he is fit," confirmed boss Steve Tilson.

"Sanchez has had mild concussions and an ankle injury since he has been here so it has been a bit stop start.

"But he has trained today and we will have to see how he goes for Friday night."
