Goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall is back in training this week following a back and pelvic injuries.

The Blues shot-stopper missed Southend's final two matches of 2009 with the problems.

But following the recent fixture postponements it has afforded the former Yeovil keeper time to recover.

United will decide later this week if Mildenhall is fit enough to return to the starting line-up.

Number two Ian Joyce deputised during his absence including a 2-1 win at Leyton Orient.
