Southend United boss Steve Tilson has a fully fit and available squad to select from for Saturday's match with Exeter City.

Tilson has no injury worries ahead of the match against the Grecians at their St. James Park home.

Right-back Simon Francis is available again after he completed a one match ban during last Saturday's 3-2 win against Hartlepool United.

The former Sheffield United defender is expected to get an instant recall to the starting line-up.

Meanwhile, Francis Laurent has shaken off an ankle and shin injury.

The French winger picked up the problem last week but has trained all week and is fit to feature tomorrow.
