Southend United make two changes to the line-up for today's FA Cup first round tie at Gillingham.

With Alan McCormack and Lee Barnard suspended, Stuart O'Keefe will make his first start of the season in midfield and Dougie Freedman has recovered from a groin injury to start up front.
