MOUSSA OK AFTER KNOCK

Posted on: Mon 19 Oct 2009

Southend United midfielder Franck Moussa trained today after tacking a knock during Blues 2-1 win against Bristol Rovers on Saturday.

The Belgian went down under a strong challenge from Rovers defender Anthony Byron and was immediately subbed.

However, the 20-year-old was back in training today and hasn't suffered any injuries.

"Franck trained today," confirmed boss Steve Tilson.

"It was a strong tackle and I feared the worst at the time but fortunately he is fine.

"We've not got a lot of options available to us at the moment so thankfully he is going to be OK."
