Southend United have made one change to the starting XI for today's League One match against Bristol Rovers.

Jean-Francois Christophe replaces Osei Sankofa in the starting XI, after the defender was ruled out with a knee injury.

Jean-Yves M'Voto also suffered a setback in training on Friday and was ruled out of today's match.
