Southend United have made two changes to the starting XI, as they look for a return to form in today's League One match at Stockport County.

Francis Laurent comes into the side down the right wing in place of Jean-Francois Christophe and there is a switch in attack, with Dougie Freedman replacing Roy O'Donovan.
