Southend United have made two changes in the defence for today's League One match at home to Oldham Athletic.
George Friend and Osei Sankofa make their first starts of the season for the Blues, after both made substitute appearances at Brighton last weekend.
Friend replaces Johnny Herd at left back and Sankofa comes in for Jean-Yves M'Voto at right back, with Simon Francis moving into the centre of defence.
Roy O'Donovan will be making his home debut for the club, as he partners leading goalscorer Lee Barnard in attack at Roots Hall.
