Southend United boss will assess the fitness of three of his players ahead of Saturday's match with Oldham Athletic.

Blues have injury concerns over Roy O'Donovan (thigh), Jean-Yves M'Voto (hip) and Johnny Herd (hip).

Herd and M'Voto limped off with the problems against Brighton last weekend.

All three trained on Thursday and Tilson will hope the trip have suffered no reactions to the problems.

United will look to extend their unbeaten run at home, with United yet to lose at Roots Hall this season.
