Southend United boss Steve Tilson has issued his side with an order to make things uncomfortable for Leeds United this evening.
The Yorkshire club have won all eight of their matches so far this season and currently top League One with Charlton Athletic.
And Tilson has told his players not to afford Simon Grayson's side any time tonight.
"We have to get at them and be right in their faces," Tilson told Blues Player on Thursday.
"That's not in a dirty way but we can't afford to back off because they just have so much quality in their team.
"They will capatilised on the slightest of chances and we have to make sure we pressurise them high up the pitch and stop them playing because otherwise they will punish us.
"Leeds have players like Andy Robinson on their bench and are in fantastic form so this is the toughest game we could be facing.
"But, at the same time, it's one we are looking forward to."
The clash is expected to attract a crowd of more than 10,000 and Blues go into the game on the back of their first league win of the campaign.
Last Friday, Tilson's troops saw off Leyton Orient 3-0 at Roots Hall.
And the United chief is looking for another positive performance.
"We have been playing well all season and need to keep it going," he said.
"We should have more points than we do at present and the players here have been fantastic."
