Trialists Khano Smith, Danijel Subotic and Danijel Kosovac have all left Roots Hall today southendunited.co.uk can confirm.

Blues trialled all three players during last night's 5-0 reserve team defeat against Norwich City.

Former New York Red Bulls player Smith and Portmsouth striker Subotic played 90 minutes during the defeat, whilst Subotic's close friend Kosovac featured from the substitutes bench.

But Southend will not be pursuing any of them further at this point it has been confirmed.

The Club will continue to monitor their progress in the future, whilst looking to enhance the squad elsewhere.
