Southend United have again included trialist central defenders Harry Worley and Brian Saah in the starting XI for tonight's pre-season encounter at Barnet.

Giele John is another trialist who will start at left back, with Simon Francis completing the line-up in defence.

Southend will be looking to record a positive result, after recent friendly defeats to Ipswich and Dagenham & Redbridge.
