Southend United can confirm several changes to our League One fixtures for the upcoming season.

Our home matches against Millwall, Leyton Orient and Leeds United have all been moved to Friday night games.

The game against Millwall was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday August 22^nd, but has now been moved to Friday August 21^st, kick-off 7:45pm.

The game against Leyton Orient which was due to take place on Saturday September 5^th, has now been moved to Friday September 4^th, kick-off 7:45pm.

The game against Leeds United originally scheduled to take place on Saturday September 12^th, has now been moved to Friday September 11^th, kick-off 7:45pm.

The game against Southampton originally scheduled to take place on Saturday October 10^th, has now been moved to Friday October 9^th, kick-off 7:45pm.

The kick-off time for our Boxing Day encounter at home to Colchester United has also been brought forward and will take place at 1pm over the Christmas period.

All changes were made following a request from the local Police.
