Southend United have confirmed that they will be sending a side to League Two outfit Barnet this pre-season.

The Blues have agreed a game against the Bees as part of the deal that took Nicky Bailey to Roots Hall in 2007.

Boss Steve Tilson will take his team to the Underhill Stadium on Tuesday, July 28 (7.45pm).

Yesterday Southend added a match against Chelmsford City to their line-up.
