Leicester City loanee striker Eric Odhiambo has today returned to the Walkers Stadium following his two month loan spell at Roots Hall.

The 18-year-old forward moved to Essex on transfer deadline day on loan from the Championship side to bolster the Blues attacking options.

During that time Leicester appointed Gary Megson as boss, before the former West Brom boss departed for Bolton six weeks later.

City are currently managerless as they look to replace Megson.

Odhiambo made six appearances for Southend but failed to find the back of the net.
