Having extended his loan for another month from Leicester City, the 18-year-old will be searching for his first goal for the club in his third start.

He will be in good company upfield, as he partners the in-form Leon Clarke, who became the first player in the club's history to score in his first five games for the club.

Southend will look to extend their five-match unbeaten run, knowing victory over Tranmere will be good enough to move them up to at least second in the table.
