Southend United Community Trust's Fit For Life programme helped raise £165 for Breast Cancer this week.
Tutor Sophie Headford will be taking part in the Moonwalk on Saturday June 15th and participants were supporting Sophie by wearing pink for the session and donating to this worthwhile charity.
The group were over at St Mary's Church Hall, which is opposite the football club, on Tuesday afternoon to take part in fitness sessions, as well as wearing pink and selling cakes.
Fit For Life is an exercise programme for the over 55's. Southend United Community Trust run this fun programme throughout Essex in Southend, Great Wakering, Hadleigh, Benfleet, Canvey, Basildon, Hockley and Chelmsford.
