BLUES INSIDER
As both an innovative Football Club and business, the Clubs e-communication strategy plays a key part in making the Club as efficient and progressive as possible.
We are now in an age where e-comms (e.g. websites, newsletters or e-mails from a company) are the future of both marketing and information providing, and we aim to be the market leaders in this.
The theory behind this is that whilst not everyone has an e-mail address, everyone does have access to the internet, be it a family friend, grandchild, or IT teacher!
The Blues Insider weekly e-newsletter has been running at the Club for some time now, and is at the forefront of the e-communications strategy. It currently has its highest readership figures of over 28,000 people per issue and continues to grow rapidly.
What makes the Insider so popular is its exclusive content, where the majority of stories and competition are available only through the e-newsletter itself.
Regular exclusive features for the 08/09 season include:
